If you follow my Twitter or watch Tucker regularly you will have seen the most uplifting video of the week. But I just couldn’t let it pass for supporters who missed it. It is just too good. Heading into the weekend, it is a great reminder of why we should be hopeful. The so-called elites running the show have less sense than most of our plain-speaking working class and poor. The truckers showed us that, too

This brilliant, brave black gentleman, in one of DC’s poorest neighborhoods brings it home. From yet another kiss-up documentary about Tony Fauci, produced by PBS, it is a scene of Fauci and DC mayor Marion Bowser going door to door to harass black people into taking the shot. They are mere props in Fauci’s cinematic ego-trip. But our hero is having none of it and calls bullshit. The people in America are not settled with the information that’s been given to us, he said. Well that just about sums it up!

Watch Fauci’s smug approach and Bowser’s sheer terror at what’s about to happen.

The film is for PBS American Masters but the actual master class is in critical thinking about risk/benefit ratios and comes from their target. God bless this man.

How come our august, highly-paid experts couldn’t figure out what he knows?

Does Anthony Fauci have any intention of doing a follow up in this neighbourhood? Probably not. It wouldn’t be safe and effective for him.

(Director) Mannucci relied on 10 long sit-downs with Fauci to develop trust with his subject and didn’t clutter the documentary with testimonials from talking heads, wanting to focus on Fauci’s experiences.

“I hope it’s not viewed as a partisan message, but as a portrait of who he is and what he went through,” said the director. “I hope that people on the other side, even if they never end up agreeing with him, will at least see somebody who is a real person, who’s a thinking person, who’s somebody maybe they can even relate to.”

Isn’t it odd how in the middle of what Fauci himself calls a massive public health crisis he has time for 10 long, sit-down interviews with a filmmaker. As a filmmaker myself, I can tell you interviews like this can last between 4 and 8 hours. Maybe Fauci should have been reviewing the files on the Wuhan Lab leak, or burnishing his knowledge of vaccine failures, or coming up with remedial plans to fix the children ruined by his policies — instead of spending 40 hours pontificating and posing for a film crew. And no, this is not the first one. Next time someone tells you Covid isn’t over — point to Fauci’s ongoing quest for an Emmy.

Making perhaps the most dangerous man in science a real person while our loved ones die of drug overdoses, suicides, bankruptcy and mental illness generalized across society not to mention the vaccine’s failure to protect and its ability to harm — should be a career ender for the director. Why are the victims of Fauci’s handiwork never treated like real people? We are they only numbers and statistics who rarely make it into mainstream films?

But Mannucci may win awards for what he has done. Documentaries funded and carried by the big networks are as corrupt as the legacy media’s news reporting. Look at award-winning Liz Garbus’ Harry and Meghan - a tapestry of lies, not fact-checked, using phoney video scenes and in service only of her subject’s neurotic commercialization of grievance and jealousy. But it serves the woke agenda. Netflix paid them a fortune for what constitutes a campaign advertisement in their quest for cash and credibility. They should have paid Netflix — given what the film contains.

I haven’t see the Fauci film as it seems to be blocked here but director Mark Manucci’s IMDB page suggests he is a longtime PBS worker whose biggest claim to fame is Reading Rainbow - a terrific kid’s show but hardly investigative or scientific. Crafting a hagiography of the man who destroyed the country with lockdowns and school closures — not to mention funding the research that very likely caused the problem — is not journalism — or even sound documentary filmmaking. It might as well be a production from the Comms Department of the NIH. History will not be kind. Although the vulgarized American documentary world might be interested in funding more fake projects that support the left wing narrative, the enlightened public isn’t buying it.

Some of you know that back in the day, I interviewed Fauci myself about his reluctance to support Bactrim, a drug that would have saved thousands of men with AIDS PCP pneumonia. He was stubborn, dishonest and obstreperous, completely shocked that a reporter would ask him on-camera, questions about his behaviour as a public health official. Now he doesn’t have to worry because media is all-in.

So the current Fauci narrative is not that he is a bad man who gets rich by selling out the health and well being of Americans to the highest bidder while lying about it all. Oh no, he is an American Master. It is true. Because PBS told us so.

So, long live the critical thinker at house number 2022 somewhere in DC. You are attacking people with fear were his final words as Fauci and Bowser scuttled away up the street desperate for narrative safety.
