Thanks to all who have supported us so far. I’m off to Ottawa right now — meeting our crew.
Please watch the teaser above for our new project: The Trials of Tamara Lich. Our team is just back from out west where we filmed convoy organizers, Tamara Lich and Chris Barber as they prepared to return to Ottawa to face criminal charges. This is just the beginning and there is much more yet to film.
We’ve been given exclusive and very personal access to Tamara as she continues to fight for freedom: hers and ours. For Lich and the other defendants the convoy story is far from over.
From the first heady days of the convoy, I knew something special was happening. The jubilant and disparate crowds at small-town overpasses filled with a myriad of Canadians stepping forward to cheer the trucks signalled a possible end to the darkness and cruelty of the Covid-19 regulations. We were being driven apart and innocent people treated as only collateral damage.
Through my podcast, I was receiving weekly notes and letters from young people who were suicidal, students who were depressed, families who said goodbye to beloved elders on an Ipad. The measures were not ethically sustainable and yet few stepped forward to end it. Until the truckers.
As many of you know, I was one of the first journalists to give Tamara and Chris attention and before they reached Ottawa, we were doing Coffee with the Convoy live streams.
Now, I bring to you a Give Send Go appeal to help fund the documentary film I am producing with Jacqueline Bynon, an acclaimed documentary executive and storyteller. Before quitting films in May of 2020 to focus through my podcast on countering bad C-19 policy — I had just finished a high-profile and well-reviewed series for Amazon Studios out of LA. Jacquie and I bring decades of production experience.
Our film is about the convoy, yes, but it will also explore what’s next for people who feel unrepresented in today’s failing “democracies”. The crushing of the trucker protest by the Emergencies Act and a zealous Prime Minister who refused to engage, represents a dangerous break in trust. Where do we go from here? How will we be heard if they bring back the same mandates and lockdowns?
The Trials of Tamara Lich is the story of the diminutive woman who stepped forward into history and the movement that gave her strength. She is facing yet another showdown, this time in a courtroom.
What will Tamara’s struggle and her willingness to risk it all, mean for her future and ours?

Stay Critical!!
The time is arriving to call this as it should be...our Gov't has turned against ordinary people and Tamara Lich is just the canary in the coal mine. She is also the tip of the spear but us ordinary people, those who stood at over-passes, who came to the gathering in Ottawa...have increased in numbers.
With the threat of new "lockdowns", masking tyranny, and new vaxxes...which might be forced upon "All" Canadians...and probably even travel mandates. Freedom is worth the effort, to work against the Tyranny called "Our Gov't" and to work for our basis right to choose for ourselves...either way.
When the media sided with the Gov't...the Liberals, the NDP and the Conservatives...we had no one to stand with us...no one.
Not even the military nor the police were there to step aside and let Democracy take its rightful place in from of the world.
So the bottom line for me is "I will not comply!" I refuse to give up my rights in the name of what...the WHO or even Trudeau or Singh.
So sign me on for the work that really needs to be done and to hold responsible the Liberals and the NDP for their full part in giving away our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Just Sayin'
Just listening to her brought tears to my eyes, she is such an inspiration. I still remember when she was arrested, some of my Facebook 'friends' took such delight in it. I remember one posting, 'don't let the door hit your ass on the way in'. I thought, what the hell is wrong with people. However, I have never used FB to post political opinions, and wasn't about to start then. I just shook my head. I am concerned, about this court case because Pastor Pawlawski has already been found guilty of mischief for preaching at the Coutts Border Blockade, but as I understand it, no word on his sentence. His was a trial by judge. And there is still the trial of the Coutts Four. All of these things are related, and it is clear that Trudeau's thumb is pressing on the scale of justice, as he is still out for revenge for the truckers embarrassing him, particularly internationally. The Coutts Four have been denied bail for 550 plus days, but there may be a break in their case. During the pretrial phase of their trial, back in July, the defence filed an application to have sealed police-crown communications made public, due to their discovery of evidence that the Crown prosecutor had given false and illegal instructions to the police leading up to the arrest of the men. At the time of this discovery, the Crown prosecutor on the trial and his co-counsel were recused. The judge then adjourned to consider the defence's application. The judged returned to court in late August to render his decision on the defence application, instructed the Crown to delivered the sealed communications package to his chambers where he will review the material. He has asked the lawyers to adjust their calenders to return to court in late September with respect to releasing this 'protected' information. This could blow the whole case against the Coutts four out of the water for the Crown. Yet, nothing about this has been reported in any of the media. I wrote a lengthy substack on t he whole Coutts affair which frankly stinks to high heaven. It has become increasingly clear during and since the Convoy that the RCMP do not operate independent of the government they are their enforcers. And despite the fact that things a financially tight, I do plan to donate to Tamara's defence fund. I gave $20.00 to GiveSendGo for the truckers last January only to have it returned to me thanksto Dougs Ford's idiocy. Let's all pray for Tamara and Chris and for the Coutts Four who have been denied their freedom for over two and half years. https://roxannehalverson.substack.com/p/possible-prosecutorial-misconduct
