NEW PODCAST - VAX-INJURED CANADIAN SUES THE CBC

And inside the government's sneaky push to limit access to natural products

Hello Critical Thinkers! Our latest podcast explores an interesting legal challenge, a legal victory and a look inside the government’s sneaky Bill C-47.

In what might be the first case of its kind — a vaccine injured woman includes the CBC in her lawsuit against public health and the government. Carrie Sakamoto and her lawyer Eva Chipiuk are staring down some of the most powerful forces in the country to get justice, and perhaps set a precedent. Carrie was made gravely ill after her second jab and now suffers from permanent nerve damage in her face amongst other serious issues. Holding CBC accountable for its lack of critical coverage and for parroting PH talking points is an interesting approach and a trial would likely put senior news executives under oath to explain themselves. We hear from both Carrie and Eva.

I always hoped the courts would play a role in sorting out some of the censorious travesties of our time and last week the judge in Missouri v Biden did just that. Along with Jay Bhattacharya, Aaron Kheriaty was one of the plaintiffs and he wrote this for the Brownstone Institute when the ruling came down.

Courts rarely release rulings on federal holidays, but no doubt to drive home the point about how important this case is for our constitutionally guaranteed liberties, Judge Terry Doughty released on Independence Day his 155-page ruling on our request for a preliminary injunction against the government’s censorship regime. 

One naturally wants to believe that an issue one is involved in is of world-historical importance. But as the judge himself wrote in the decision, “If the allegations made by Plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history.” That, my friends, is a strong claim, but as I have previously argued, an entirely accurate one.

Also, back again is Shawn Buckley — a lawyer fighting against Bill C-47. That's a brand-new law that will make accessing natural products extremely difficult. Why was it passed, and what are they up to?
