It would seem that Crown Attorneys prosecuting people involved in the Freedom Convoy have a penchant for late disclosure of evidence to the defence. The very same thing happened at the outset of the trial of the Coutts Four in Lethbridge. The Crown there dropped some 3000 pages of new disclosure on the defence just days before the trial was to commence. This caused defence lawyers to seek an adjournment from the judge in order to pour over this new information. Because, this new material might have a huge impact on their defence strategy. Now the defence was granted the adjournment, but I didn't hear whether the judge rebuked the Crown in the way Judge Perkins-McVey did at the Lich-Barber trial. The Coutts Crown, however, may have scuppered themselves, because it would appear that in that disclosure they provided the defence with materials that they meant to redact. The defence, upon seeing this unredacted information accused the Crown of having given false and misleading instructions leading up to the arrest of th Coutts Four. They made an application to have that information made public. The judge's decision was to 'unseal' the material, but it is still pending on if and when it will be made public. Now the late disclosure on the part of the Crown in Ottawa, may lengthen the trial, but at least Tamara and Chris are out on bail, while the Coutts Four are just coming up to spending almost two years behind bars--and yet have not been found guilty of anything.
The latest podcast episode was SO good. I’m in the giant line of people who have deep gratitude for your work. You have, figuratively, walked beside so many of us though this treachery.

My reason being - NO INFORMED CONSENT of potential injuries and DEATHS occurring POST VAX! Also, there's NO LIABILITY for the makers of these highly profitable, but deadly injections.
Big Pharma's Slogan; There's no PROFIT in HEALTHY HUMANS - So let's make them sick to create a market for our expensive useless but potentially deadly medicines"!
Several graphs are available comparing the staggering (Peer-reviewed) damage ratios of those injected children & babies compared to those left UNJABBED with Natural Immunity still intact!! This political kabuki theatre "trial?" will likely be the most expensive persecution of what could have been and should have been dealt with by "summary conviction" rather than the high priced route in the history of the country. If you don't do "full disclosure" in a timely manner than you are by definition withholding evidence from the defense. It's not uncommon for full time police officers to be assigned to the defense to do just that in major cases which this is one. The same happened on the January 6 persecution of thousands. Thanks Trish for the reporting and update. I have been following the actions of the crown prosecutors for some time and it brings to question their integrity and ability to do their jobs with distinction. It makes them look guilty of undermining the law. They did this through out the Emergency Act Commission as well, as that made it difficult for the lawyers for the Convoy to catch everything in order to ask the witness the right questions. Even our Supreme Court is justifyably untrustworthy just for Justice Wagner speaking out on a case they had yet to hear, was proof enough. Then the treatment of Justice Brown during the inquiry into his trip to Arizona, by Justice Wagner, was questionalble as Brown should have still been able to sit on the bench for the cases he had been assigned to. Taking leave should have been Brown's decision, not Wagner's. So I have read. Then the Coutts Four case with the dumping of documents, to which has brought them a winfall and the removal of the Crown Prosecutor, I hope this gets looked into in a short time frame. Again the justice system proves its failure as it appears the judge must go on vacation before he will engage in looking into the evidence provided by the defence. I have zero faith in the justice system of today and the deviants with in it.
I believe the Judge in Tamara and Chris's case should have disqualified the material put forward so late by the prosecution as it would ensure they would not try the same stunt again. It is for this reason I am worried for both Tamara and Chris, as well as the Coutts four. There truly is something rotten in the state of the Federal Justice System. Rotten to the core. Even paying to be appointed.
Regarding the trial, the actions of the Crown are confusing. At that level, I can’t imagine incompetence, so maybe they are intentional. Maybe they already see they don’t have a strong case. If they lose, it means JT loses and, well, he will won't like that. And how will this impact votes in the next election? And how will this impact his brand on the world stage? Maybe the crown is paving the road for a mistrial to avoid embarrassment and fallout.
On the other hand, if the crown wins, JT wins. He gets his “justice was served" moment, but there could be backlash. Our constitutional right to legally protest will be shaken. Love the truckers or not, this should worry every single one of us. If the crown wins, I'm also concerned there will be a public reaction of some varying degree. The love for Tamara, coupled with the injustice of being charged, might be too much to bear.

A mistrial would avoid both evils.
A shitty trial may give grounds for an appeal (higher court, larger audience, closer to next election). This smells like political theatre.
