I sit here listening to Trishwood podcast about Freedom convoy trial and she played a tape of World leaders ( lack of better word) like our PM stating people were not forced to take a jab or lose their job. This is infuriating…. The way I feel is I have fire in my gut. Enough to Kill I believe. These people have the audacity to say this outright fucking lie.
My wife either had to take these jabs or walk - after 20 yrs that started as a volunteer with a Catholic Church organization WTF ! She took 2 ( against my wishes) to keep her job and they definitely affected her breathing for sure. Having only 1 eye in use since a childhood effect of chicken pox it frighten the hell out of me. As we now see the effects these poisonous jabs are effecting people and in many many cases causing death.
She refused the booster they wanted and she walked with nothing but a plaque and a $1000 dollars , hey at least they put her on disability so she could get a few unemployment checks.
I’m furious with her organization, the people who say they cared for her , family & friends that thought nothing of this and our tyrannical government! Where are the Lawyers? The courts ? The media ?
Canada 🇨🇦 is broken and I’m scared for my Grandson. People better take notice !
Why drag it out when they could ask the court to dismiss the charges right away. The information has been made available through the commission, and these charges should have been dropped as they never stood any ground in the first place. The commission seen that, yet the idea was to financially destroy Tamara and Chris and any that thought like them. By continuing this case they are aiding in the financial ruin of all involved. If this case is dismissed then all other cases would be as well. The tyranny would end.

Nearly every single BLM protest in the world "insighted" and created acts of violence and "destruction". Yet, I don’t believe BLM ever had any issues with funding. Not sure if there was ever gofundme for BLM as it is not something I would choose to support. I was fearful that my $50 to the Convoy would get my bank account seized and for 3 months afterward I withdrew everything I had in my chequing account in cash with the exception of what I needed to pay my bills. I did receive a refund from gofundme and then donated it to givesendgo. I have no idea if the Freedom Convoy ever got to use any of that money. Even though I was fearful of what my Canadian government might do to me, I was still determined to support it.

I’m an American expat/former journalist who has lived in Japan since 2004, and, having gone to j-school in Los Angeles during the crazy OJ Simpson trial, I never thought I’d find myself closely following a Canadian legal trial a quarter century later but here we are. It’s thanks to your visit to the Collective Evolution community in fall 2021 that I found you and not a moment too soon since the Trucker’s Freedom Rally became THE first major sign of serious resistance to the Covidian madness. And here I’d been told by “South Park” to blame Canada! Those Canadians who braved the icy Ottawa streets in early 2022 restored my hope in humanity.
Anyway, I’m just rambling here so I’ll finish with another thank you for your coverage and a sending of well wishes to the defendants.

In all seriousness, I do feel sorrow and occasional rage at the state of the Fourth Estate. Fortunately, there are still some solid practitioners of the craft such as yourself, Matt Taibbi, Whitney Webb and others but y'all are becoming an endangered species.
I wanted to get there today. Unfortunately some problems with our pup. We are very much on the same page when it comes to this trial, and the others. It is a referendum not on just to protest freely against our government, but also to speak freely, because certainly that is also what the TikTok videos demonstrated yesterday. And most of us know that speaking freely in this country, is becoming increasingly difficult, thanks to a great deal of censorship on the part of our government and the media. On another noted, I noticed yesterday when the police sergeant was introducing the videos, she testified she had downloaded virtually all of the video shown on February 9th, just five days before the Emergencies Act was invoked and Chris and Tamara were arrested. Gives one pause to wonder who gave her her marching orders to start gathering this 'evidence'.
I will be back watching things unfold next week. I listened to your podcast with Tom and Jackie. It was very good, and inspirational. Jackie was talking about being doxxed, I guess, after giving to GoFundMe. Well I donated $20 to GiveSendGo, because I was so pissed at what GoFundMe did, so I got doxxed to, because CBC contacted me by email wanting to know if I would agree to an interview to talk about why I donated. I never even responded. But my husband and I were worried because I had seen Justice Ministr Lametti on TV threatening that they might even freeze accounts of Convoy supporters. We considered taking money out of my account and putting it in my husband's. Alas that would have been useless, because Tom Marrazzo mentioned in previous interview that his wife's joint account with him was also frozen, and they were separated! Very nice meeting and talking with you. I also had a chance to meet Tamara and tell her I believed in what she was doing, she was so gracious as was Chris. When I mentioned to Chris that my husband and I were both retired veterans he very graciously again, thank us for our service.

Hey Trish. Did you see this CBC news report by David Fraser yesterday? This is a classic example of a reporter picking the worst comment made by Barber and plastering it all over the title. It is such a contrast to your description of Barbers videos telling eveyone to be peaceful. Yet CBC puts all the emphasis on this one statement Barber made that paints him in a very poor light. This is exactly what Catherine Tunney was doing last year during her POEC coverage where she would cherry pick the one out of context comment that would make the convoy look its absolute worst and dangerous. David Fraser has written very few balanced arricles about the convoy.
You just have to look at a picture of Fraser to know where he sits on the political spectrum and I would say he is as woke as they come, but these days those are the credentials you need to worked for the Communist Broadcasting Corporation. I was there in the courtroom, I saw the videos too, and I saw what Trish saw.
