This is a "show trial " and the amount of resources devoted to it is unprecedented in the experience of a senior Police Officer I know. Countless criminal acts were committed on live media by Canadian police officers who value their careers more than their oaths. The destruction of hundreds of thousands of private property out west was admitted live by another police officer without shame. Likely there's been a settlement with a non disclosure agreement.
