I appreciate Mocha & Ray's reporting, and have listened closely to Jaclyne Martin's chilling account of what occurred during Jerry Morin's arrest.
Also paid attention to what happened during her own subsequent arrest after being lured to the police station where she was interrogated (initially without an attorney present) and charged with, "mischief over $5,000.00" but more chillingly: unbeknownst to her, she was also charged with gun running.
At no time during her questioning by RCMP, several times, or during her own bail hearing, was Jaclyne ever made AWARE of exactly what she was being charged with!!
Also heard her opinion regarding why these 4 Alberta men have been held without bail, in MAXIMUM SECURITY CELLS. for over 630 days now.
Jerry Morin has spent 74 of those days in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT. (I've no idea what's been going on with Chris, Chris, and Tony. I do believe that, according to reports, one of those other 3 men is not doing very well at all.)
In Jerry's case, at any rate, the judge seems to be of the opinion that granting him bail would be politically inadvisable, as a public outcry might occur if the accused were to be released pre-trial, able to work in order to provide for his family, and see his children, etc...
Due to the nature of the (trumped up) charges against him: he is obviously a grave danger to the public. I mean, what if he DOES something while out on bail? Who they gonna blame for releasing him eh??

So I need to verify something. Did this ban just happen or was it in effect before to all news media and that was the reason it was not covered? As a matter of fact I hear a lot of commentators say let them continue, we see their true colours -- this alludes to the many left organizations and 'woke' brainwashed university students who are blindly supporting Palestine when they probably couldn't find it, or Israel on a map, or know what sea or river they talking about when they shout 'from the river to the sea Palestine will be free.' That said, I think some people, like me are making the comparison to the truckers, because Trudeau shut them down, more because they were protesting him, rather than anything else. Meanwhile we have these protests that have been going on now for over a month in various cities at various times, and with them a rash of anti-semitic crimes and defacement of Jewish properties, and yes the PM -- doesn't seem at all interested in freezing anyone's bank account or invoking the Emergencies Act to address these situations -- particularly the mounting anti-semistism that these protests are provoking.
Your right there is demonization of the pro palestinians however very different from the truckers. Hamas is a criminal terrorist organization while the truckers were peaceful. Thus pro palestinians must steer clear of these protests as they become amuck with terrorists.and terrorist sympathizers Some of the signs by pro palenstinians are wrong on many fronts. At the truckers protest only a couple were there the whole time and we know who was behind that.
The nazi ukranian war veteran Hunka applauded inthe House of Commoms is similar to this Hamas Israel war. The Ukranians wanted a free and imdependant Ukraime from Russia and even Jews so they joined the nazi genocide. Despicable . through terrorism. . Totally evil and wrong. Palestinians need to avoid it all and remain neutral. They should appreciate being able to come to Canada and live in peace and work hard and be honest and that no violence is acceptable.
Hamas is a terrorist organization endorsed by Iran which has unashamedly avowed death to Israel. If that's propaganda then it's their own. Is the state of Israel blameless? No. The difference is that Israel is not dedicated to the eradication of the Arabic peoples while radical Islam is dedicated to the eradication or forced conversion of all 'infidel'. Any group which subjugates and abuses women and bans music is already in Hell. Only fools and scoundrels support them.
The fact we have MPs attached to Iran and sympathize with Muslim Brotherhood should raise eye brows and those who sign immigration cards for terrorists is alarming.
