And so the people with the most privilege and power are proving it to us in this handy dandy reference card. We should all go and pull them out of their position of power.

In Canada our rulers can fix racism with more racism.

It's in the Canadian charter of rights and freedom.

.15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

(2) Section (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

Awareness of and sensitivity to structural inequalities is one thing, but quotas in service of Woke "equity" is actually discriminatory, thereby defeating it's stated goals, something these very smart people - in their zeal for control of all culture - can't seem to see.

May all those who invented the "wheel of privilege and power" receive their participation trophies post-haste. Your feelings are all that matter! Safe spaces for all! (barf)

Maybe the lower levels, aka woksters on the street, might not understand this is reverse discrimination, but I'm sure the higher up you go, the more "they" understand. The top knows exactly what they're doing.

When I mentioned this nonsense, a close family member still working in the federal public service said all federal departments/agencies have similar/identical policies in place - results of directives at the time from former Clerk of the PCO Michael Werner. I worked in the Federal Public Service for 35 years and can't believe how much it has deteriorated in the 11 years since I retired. As I look back I now recognize the many threads and initiatives leading to current state.

There are a few more gems I'll be pulling out.

speechless... I cannot believe how far down this slope we have slid... and I thought the attempt at banning Meghan Murphy at the Toronto Public Library was bad. Thanks Trish. It's nice to know that there are at least some people out there who see this garbage for what it is.
