Short answer was inter-host politics. I received a libel settlement so there is not much I can say given NDAs. Truth of the matter is, I was a good journo but not the right fit given the culture. He has not launched criminal.investigations complaints against the traitors in our HOC with China and other foreign interference actors. Sorry to hear about your mother. Many awful stories of these turbo cancers and lung issues showing up out of no where and to those who never smoked. When I was fired from CBC, Stevie was one of the few senior journos who reached out to me and made a point of being seen in public. She took me to Brown's Bistro for a fancy lunch and made sure I was't falling apart. Very sad news.

How come you were fired from the CBC?
Short answer was inter-host politics. I received a libel settlement so there is not much I can say given NDAs. Truth of the matter is, I was a good journo but not the right fit given the culture. I learned a lot in ten years and did some great work but was unhappy and didn't fit in. To quote Oasis....I don't look back in anger. Years later a senior CBC official took me to lunch and secretly apologized. There are good people everywhere.

This newspaper actually subverted the truth of the transcripts in the vaccine travel mandates lawsuit and again uses political distractions to attack Maxine Bernier who also brought forth a lawsuit on his own where all 4 lawsuits were heard together. The PHAC own expert Howard Njoo warned them vaccine mandates were not effective and not needed. The State of Kansas is suing Pfizer along with 4 other States for misrepresentation of the COVID vaccines by calling them safe or effective. They couldn't say science was used to base these vaccine mandates on as that was misrepresentation and lies. The FOIA and the lawsuit by Kansas Attorney General proves the evidence used in the vaccine travel mandate lawsuits and this newspaper again outs their libel against a political rival and the very essence of these lawsuits for vaccine travel mandates. They attack the National Post reporter in their ragged newspaper. They also indeed do condone human rights abuse.
This newspaper has used illegally obtained names by theft which is a crime in Canada. But it's great to see those willing to use obtained by crime material as it will expose them in the future to be held to account.
In fact the UN has declared that human rights requires bodily autonomy for all people at all times therefore the truckers convoy was pushing for the UN declarations on Bioethics and Human Rights to be honored not violated therefore this newspaper has proven they support violation of Human Rights that puts them on the same side as the Nazis and the the slave owners and the crimes against humanity of the former Yugoslavia. Not a proud moment for this newspaper.

The libel lawyer can use the article of the United Nations Dec 2023 indicating that human rights requires bodily autonomy at all times for all people and that means even during pandemics and for Canadians thus the Canadian government committed a massive UN human rights abuse and this newspaper is using an election platform to denounce human rights in direct violation of Human Rights Codes and declarations. Not a proud moment for this newspaper and any good libel lawyer will use this angle in Court.

The United Nations declared in Dec 2023 that human rights requires bodily autonomy at all times for all people. That means even in pandemics and for everyone including Canadians.
