I thought I would just glance at what the "respected" media outlets are saying about Jay. Using Brave browser I typed in 'Jay Bhattacharya Trump'. Top of the pile came this:-

'The ongoing news cycle surrounding American politics has been inundated with stories regarding Donald Trump’s cabinet picks for his upcoming term. The returning president (and 34-time convicted felon) has made waves for near-exclusively choosing candidates that many political insiders consider unqualified, unfit to serve or just downright baffling. The latest in his growing list of concerning picks is Indian-born physician and economist Jay Bhattacharya, who currently works as a professor of medicine at Stanford University. There, he heads departments including health research and the economics of health and aging.

At a glance, Bhattacharya may seem like an uncharacteristically straightforward choice for the new Trump administration, though a brief look under the surface reveals that he fits right in. His public comments regarding the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020 have drawn widespread scrutiny over the years, and his apparent vaccine skepticism has caused some peers to condemn his rhetoric at large. To understand who Jay Bhattacharya is, and why his expected appointment to lead the National Institutes of Health is alarming to some, it’s important to look into his past, present and national notoriety.'

They will never stop. But in the end goodness wins. Jay won't always be right, but he is nearly egoless, kind and open to new ideas. Completely fact and data-based. That scares some people.

It's too little, and WAAAAY too late but at least this report makes plain almost all of what we've known and been hollering for years. At least a few govt officials in the US are capable of the honesty that our own Canadian govt refuse to acknowledge.

I really liked how you described Dr. Jay at the end. If folks are wondering where the "adults" have been, he's one of them.

I signed the GBD way back in early 2021 and I still had my head up my ass on the COVID vaccine thing, getting 2, but it was abundantly clear that mandates, lockdowns and vax passports were a very very bad idea that would only yield bad results.

Hi Chris...most people didn't get all of it right. As long as your health is good with no vax aftershocks -- all is well and we've all learned a lot.

Hey Trish, I think what bothers me most is that I am usually both smarter and more cynical than what I was.

But you are right still being healthy and unvaxinjured is a blessing. I also look at this entire covid shit as a gift because it opened my eyes to the truth all around me and for that I am indeed grateful.

All in all it is just the price of an education 🤷🏽‍♂️😊

Brilliant. I was an early follower of JB as well as Malone/Kirsch/Weinstein etc. We have protocols in Canada and I think the GBC threw a wrench in the scamdemic plans - hence these podcasts are even more critical. Contrary opinions has been the gaslighting all gaslighting.

I’ll take your word for it Trish that Jay is an egoless man. My reservations remain that he continued to say the mRNA shots were safe for the elderly well passed the point where it was clear they were neither safe nor effective and that (as far as I know) he hasn’t come out and said that no one should get any more of the them and condemn the technology for what it is: dangerous and deadly. You take a firm line about the Middle East and proclaim Truth over Tribe. I say the same. We KNOW this technology and those shots DO NOT do what they were claimed to do and it should all be put on the scrap heap. Jay may be very nice but until he openly says NO, I remain skeptical.

These are are good points. I think even the best people may have blind spots and yes this is a weakness. I know what he suffered and how steadfast he was during dark times with no guarantee that his ideas would be embraced. Perhaps I have a blindspot, too.

And btw, thank you once again for all you do, it's very much appreciated and I can't wait to see your doc!

Thanks. That means a lot. Back on the road next week to the frozen prairies.

Hopefully you’ll have better weather than what we have today!

I'm sure we all have blindspots. And I think there are lots of good people out there who just are so conditioned by what they were "taught" in school it's hard to get past. For me it's the Israel/Middle East...

It would be great if you ever have him on your show to ask him about his position now and what he thinks about other vaccines. Having read enough to earn a PHD over the last few years, I have no doubt that the entire vaccine ideology is based on bad science and that any and all childhood vaccines should be stopped.

Would love to hear what Trump thinks about the Covid vaccines? Remember him bragging about how his Operation Warpspeed resulted in these great vaccines getting developed..has he come around to accepting that they werent great and in fact dangerous? Or will he just not talk about them.

I think he knows now at least. Bobby would have told him.

I was obsessed with the data around Covid when it happened onto my radar in Jan 2020 so was watching Dr Michael Levitt from Stanford. He was quite adamant that it was a little worse than flu and mostly the elderly and infirm were most at risk. Then there were a few more making videos as well. Jay was one of them I happened onto in March of 2020. He was so smart and concerned for people so I continued to seek out his videos. Bret Weinstein also (who I watched since Evergreen) was also a pillar of my sense making during that completely bonkers time. There are others but suffice to say that watching Jay take this important position is so poetic that it makes me take heart that the world will right itself.

Well said.

One thing that perplexes me a bit is that Trump bragged about Operation Warpspeed (or whatever it was called) and was taking credit for how quickly they developed a Covid vaccine. Nobody talks about this now but Trump was a big promoter of the vaccine when it came out. So I wonder how his RFK and Jay picks will deal with releasing information that shows the vaccines were not safe or effective and in fact were quite dangerous. Trump woudlnt want people to bash the vaccines that were developed under his leadership would he? Or maybe he has come around to accepting the vaccines are not safe..what do you think about this Trish?

Really good question. I fear my mind will be blown in about two months. Honestly, I can't take much more betrayal. Let's all move to the Yorkshire Dales and start a commune for disaffected post-COVID-dissidents.

I was in a restaurant this afternoon and CNN was on the TV. They were in hysterics because Trump named Kash Patel as head of the FBI. "He's been picked because he's a Trump loyalist!" they shreiked. "He's going to go after Trump's political opponents!"

Good.

Listening to Scott, it becomes apparent rhat Trump's enemies are criminals. It seems like their criminal activities go all the way back to the period a few months prior to November 22, 1963. That's a lot of people that Kash and Trump's AG need to send to prison.

So very true....and look what they did to national security in the meantime. Awful. Russia should be at least in the friend zone if not an ally but that can't be because Hillary had a tantrum.

I listened to this twice. Scott is impressive, and I respect how you let him speak, especially when he gets into Bill Clinton's behavior. So many interviewers try to stop people when topics become uncomfortable. I have now begun a deep dice into Waco. Listening to you both connect over this was exciting. Thanks for getting such well experienced people on your show. I am a better person after every interview.
