I think being your own advocate with doctors is the best way to deal with the drug pushers……..even the best doctors can be wrong so ask for non pharmaceutical solutions………I do and my GP doesn’t push anything on me.
Oh yes 100%…….I always ask them questions for anything I prescribed and sometimes to see if what I have researched matches what they say.
Same applies with supplements such as Berberine or Turmeric.
I get an Cyngal shot in a knee with an inoperable meniscus tear, I told the ortho that I take turmeric to control inflammation.
The next time I looked at the Cyngal web page, they recommended turmeric in conjunction with the shot………coincidental probably but information does flow 2 ways.
YES we do!! Since I was diagnosed with MS, I learnt with and from nurses sometimes Neuro. I developed my own Healthcare team around me. 🤩 Very blessed for the support information and medical guidance!!! 🙏🏼 ❤️
Same here. I wanted a MRI, the wait list here in Carnada would be about 1 year…..I am not waiting that long.
So I opted to pay $1500 for a private one but I needed a medical referral, my GP provided one…no problem and my MRI was scheduled to happen with 10 days…….you really do have to be your own advocate and having an understanding GP sure helps that to happen.
You also require the financial means to access higher quality healthcare. An option I suspect will be exercised with increasing frequency as the public system continues to spiral downward.
An overhaul is too past overdue! Has any province health minister even attempted to spearhead the crucial reform process? Guessing not due to fees and paradigm change challenges 🤦♀️
Oh lord. Too much to write. ( CAMH, OHIP corruption) . There are very few therapists ( psychotherapy and psychiatry professionals) that are aware or use alternative therapies and self awareness. Institutions ( corporate, academic etc) promote pharma and narcissistic psychotherapy to validate their ego rather than promote healthy living. We “ diagnose” kids with ADHD etc which, after Toby’s interview - prove how disconnected we are to the vax industry and its consequences on society.
PsyOp and chemical cocktails furthering bigpharma industry and profits. :(. Society are just collateral loss and damage. ALL so unfeeling without constant medical attention and care!!
Some people have used a carnivore diet to mend the anguish of psychological distress. Sugar, carbs, alcohol, seed oils, modern medicine etc have all contributed to worsening overall health.
I can fully attest that my own mental health improves on keto -- very low carbs. It is like night and day and they use this diet for epileptic children, I believe.
The Carneyvore [sic] Diet no longer includes beef. Except for Dr Meat and his member...s... of Parliament. All beef from now on belongs to the ruling class and the King. I saw the prices yesterday, and it wasn't even cooked!
Trish..cannot tell you how thankful I am to have stumbled across you and your great writing and interviews. Your interview with Laura was "passionant"! What a marvellous human being she is, as you...and what humility you both display. Have sort of "been there done that" too...without going into too much detail...so ...great empathy! Thank you for sharing....
I'm so glad that you introduced this week's episode by saying you are frightened by the Israeli/USA attacks on Iran. Most of us are and if we're not, we should be. I'm curious though as to why you still think/hope Trump has a plan.
It's obviously another Regime Change operation and another failure like all the other US Regime Change operations have been including Ghadafi/Libya and Hussein//Iraq, etc..
I would however like to commend you on the seguay from Trump/Iran to Laura Delgano and your exploration of mental illness and Big Pharma. Since hearing your Spotify TX on Friday night, l think l have watched all of Laura's interviews on You Tube and can't wait to read her book.
Your willingness to share your (and your son's) personal story to the interview was right on point. After quittiing my career in TV News & Documentary production I studied Theraputic Counselling and learning the difference between Psychology and Psychiatry was shocking.
To summarize, Psychiatrists diagnose and prescribe, Psychologists listen and advise but, Theraputic Counsellors bulid rapport and trust, listen with empathy, provide unconditional positive regard and without judgement. Showing your own vulnerability with self-disclosure is a rare skill Trish.
I just ordered Laura’s book! I’m a naturopathic doctor and one of my special areas of interest is treating anxiety and depression which often includes recommending a slow tapering off the pharmaceuticals while prescribing remedies to help with the withdrawal symptoms. Her story was fascinating and I thank you for the interview. I’m also in AA and many in AA struggle with psych meds as once they are off the alcohol, which caused their psych issues, they begin to suffer overdose symptoms or basically the adverse effects of these heavy duty meds. Some realize this and wean off the meds but others keep going back to their psychiatrists and get put on new drugs and so on ad infinitum.
I grew up there. The country is far more diverse than your research reveals. I couldn't even tell you how many very different Christian groups there are in the country. Ethnicity and religion are two points of diversity but there are many more. For one thing: Class. This is pertinent among the disaffected (many of whom live in the West) who left because they were wealthy and they were afraid the state would take their assets. Some resented Khomeini because he closed down the Western entertainments, particularly discos. I never could understand that one. It's much deeper than mini skirts and chadors. The upper and upper middle classes drank the Koolaid the Americans were serving: That Western culture was superior, that Persian culture was inferior, that Iranians were social inferiors, incapable of intellectual and creative thought. Take a look at post-Revolutionary film if you agree with that one. There is no better national film than Iran's. And I have to say that all the Western Christian, jewish, and atheist "leaders" appear morally inferior to the Muslims to me. But it isn't just religion: They understand the importance of holding onto one's own culture and family heritage, and the importance of honoring and strengthening one's community. Another group you didn't mention, I think, were the Persian Jews. They are VERY different from the Iraqi Jews who were there pre-Revolution as well. The CIA has been trying to upend the current government for a long time, sending in bi-national Iranians as spies. The CIA never learned the language or the culture or even the history. They have always used the Iranian Kurds against the Iranian government and the Iraqi Kurds against the Iraqi government. Right now they are harboring the MEK in Iraq. All Iranians (except maybe the younger people--shame on their parents for not educating them!) are well aware about the likelihood of both the British and the Americans coming in and taking over, specifically for the oil and natural gas. This is what this is actually about. It has nothing to do with nuclear weapons, which the Ayatollahs consider forbidden (as opposed to their Christian and Jewish counterparts in the West who do not, apparently, consider ethics in politics...EVER). I think a lot of upper middle class Iranians want a new regime (if they really do and given recent history I find it hard to believe, quite honestly)because they are very focused on building wealth. Look at what the billionaire class has done to the US. I heard an analysis by a Turkish wonk (who wants the northwest quarter of the country to become part of Turkiye--he seems to think most people living there are Turkish, which I find hilarious) early this morning--maybe I can find the link after I'm done blathering--and he says the US Fifth Fleet are hanging out in the Persian Gulf so they can move in and take over the southern half where most of the oil fields are. I have a hard time believing most Iranians have forgotten what life was like under the Shah/.SAVAK/CIA/Mossad. Oh! The reason the post-Revolutionary government was Islamic (besides the fact, as Norman Solomon reminds us in another interview elsewhere that the US government killed off all the communist, socialist, marxist, etc. alternatives) is the Shah had a law that it was illegal for three or more people to gather in a group. You could be disappeared for that. No poetry workshops for him. So the only place people could gather to hear Khomeini's tapes was in a mosque. There has historically been a great divide between the mosque and the bazaar (i.e. religion and capitalism). The Crown Prince left when he was 17. He cannot possibly "lead" that country. I think it will be much harder to overthrow the government this time around. Khamenei is nothing like the lily-livered Shahanshah who was little more than an overpaid puppet. The Shah's two youngest kids have committed suicide. I think this is a very ill-advised idea. Some American pundits believe this is more likely to result in a change of regime in Israel. If that were to happen, I think most of the world would have good reason to kiss the Ayatollahs' feet, although I would like to see the Zionist entity completely gone from the region. None of us, whatever country we live in, will be safe until the Zionist entity is gone. They will not stop with Iran.
I have been absorbing so much information and so many podcasts l have lost track of the one l watched this morning with an economist who explained so perfectly how these US Regime Changes (wars) in oil/mineral rich countries benefit the US economy and bankers while leaving the citizens (victims) destitute and impoverished. His name began with "K" but sadly my clipboard saves are impossible to retrieve.
Maybe Alex Krainer? I follow him every day. There are many people who I admire and learn from, including retired generals, love Alistair Crooke, Chas Freeman, Vanessa Beeley, Mohammad Marandi, Jeffrey Sachs, Ed Norton and Dr. Desai (busy teaching right now, unfortunately), Larry Johnson and Wilkerson, Patrick Henningsen, Ray McGovern, Danny Haiphong, I'm forgetting too many names. But Krainer is an investment advisor or something like that. Look at the economic changes in Iraq during and after our involvement. That will teach you most of what you need to know. The fact is the CIA overthrew Mossadegh because he NATIONALIZED the oil. Up until then BP (British Petroleum) was taking most of the oil for themselves. Mossadegh kicked out all Brits and members of Commonwealth countries. The Brits and CIA brought the Shah back in and controlled the oil fields until the Revolution. But the economic rape of Iran was far more extensive than that and included multiple European countries. It was infuriating to me, at least. The racism was intense. Iranians are so understated and polite on that score. The internalized racism Iranians lived with for many decades upset me the most. It is very familiar to Westerners of color. It's a soul-killer.
Yes, Alex Krainer was the guy l meant. I also follow Ben Norton (sometimes on Danny Haiphong"s Show) as he provides very good Geo-Politic/Economic information. He explained Trump tariffs and BRICS but, the sanctions on Iran have been brutal.
Sanctions can be effective short-term. But long-term sanctions like the ones Iran has suffered under for decades just force the subjugated country to become self-sufficient. So now Iran is much stronger than when they first applied sanctions. You are forced to create your own industries rather than relying on others. Iranians are brilliant at making do anyway. They're much more self-sufficient than Americans. It didn't used to be that way. In my grandfather's generation, farms commonly built their own equipment. Now they spend MILLIONS in debt for equipment. The US is so dependent on others that should we face sanctions, I doubt most Americans would survive. Iran is clearly capable of taking a lot of hits. Their only vulnerability is their air force. In fact, during the Iran-Iraq War in an attempt to keep the war going as long as possible in order to weaken both Iran and Iraq as much as possible, Israel provided spare parts to the Iranians. Iran still has some planes from the Shah's era. In fact, their nuclear industry was begun under the Shah. If you would study nuclear-related fields, you could get your entire education for free at Western universities. The Shah would pay for it all. His son, Crown Prince Reza, will NEVER be accepted by the people of Iran. The only people who support him are the nouveau riche who live mostly in the West, and mostly in LA. The CIA is so ignorant they are throwing money at them and the MEK, who are basically paid hit men. The CIA is a total waste of money.
For your research on the truth about Trump's MOAB bombing of the sites at Fordow, Esfahan, and Natanz. They were all emptied before the bombing. But if they weren't, the monkeys in the WH need some help with their math. They only go 200 ft underground. Fordow is 2600 feet down. https://ephektikoi.substack.com/p/bunker-buster-bomb-myth-mit-prof
Laura Delano's book is phenomenal - truly a must, must read. Thanks for reviewing it, Trish.
How many loved ones have we lost to "psychiatric treatment"? Countless. Kinda like "vaccines."
The allopathic so called "healthcare system" is now being exposed for what it truly is: a massive psyop.
Finally people close to me are starting to wake up to the game of big pharma to “trap” people into an endless cycle.
I have recommended this movie quite a few times in the last few weeks and I will do it again.
Trish, I recommend the movie on YT “The Agenda, Their Vision Your Future”…..it is quite an excellent study into all of the recent history.
It is a bit UK centric but it still applies world wide.
Are our MDs/Pharmacists drug dealers?? If offered rewards & kickbacks are taken
It sure seems that way doesn’t it?
I think being your own advocate with doctors is the best way to deal with the drug pushers……..even the best doctors can be wrong so ask for non pharmaceutical solutions………I do and my GP doesn’t push anything on me.
I LOVE when my medical care can be an informative conversation and discussion of my choices. :)
Sometimes Pharmacists can be an excellent advocate information source AND valuable coach too!! ❤️
LOVE Turmeric too. Yummy in my tummy 🤩 😜
YES we do!! Since I was diagnosed with MS, I learnt with and from nurses sometimes Neuro. I developed my own Healthcare team around me. 🤩 Very blessed for the support information and medical guidance!!! 🙏🏼 ❤️
My father has congestive heart failure and it’s been exasperated and has a leaky aortic valve that was previously replaced.
Some of his previously prescribed meds interfered with eachother and needed a clean up!!
My GP and have brief discussions, he coaches me and give necessary referrals I decide on! 🙏🏼 So grateful for his wisdom, care and support
Same here. I wanted a MRI, the wait list here in Carnada would be about 1 year…..I am not waiting that long.

Surprisingly people don’t know that you can claim medical expenses as a deduction on your taxes……so you are 100% right
Be grateful to the great Dr Meat (Carney) that you can have an MRI ever!
The only thing I am grateful to Marx Carney is that by showing Canadians who he really is, is waking more people up.
Hippocrates said ‘let food be thy medicine’
There’s so much altered genetics and rising food costs now. It’s filibustering??

excellent interview Trish!!!
Trish I just seen this documentary and am unsure how many have seen this. I thought it was well done and right on point. https://theagendafilm.com/
WILL WATCH ...THANKS!
PsyOp and chemical cocktails furthering bigpharma industry and profits. :(. Society are just collateral loss and damage. ALL so unfeeling without constant medical attention and care!!
1984 & Animal Farm 2.0
YIKES Oh my goodness history repeating right infront of our faces.
Please God show your hand in this PsyOp fear/drama and REALITY!!!

How about a study into the "vaccination" history of people with certain psychiatric diagnoses?
As for "scientific rigor", guess who funds the research and results. If you guessed Big Pharma, you would be 100% correct.
In a previous comment here, I used the phrase "massive psyop." After hearing Laura Delano, I would add an adjective: "IATROGENIC massive psyop."
My brother opted for self-deliverence from his "shrinks." Do I sound anti-psychiatry? Hope so. 'Cause I sure as hell am.
I'm so sorry for your brother, MJ. Awful.
Thanks so much, Trish. Empathy heals.
So grateful to you and Laura for this absolutely amazing interview.

What is the point of one's suffering if we can't use it to help others. She is a wonderful human.
You may enjoy this Trish.

MANY THANKS....
Psychology!
Not a single case of Psychology in the history of mankind was ever been treated by a Psychologist or Psychiatrist, ever!
There's absolutely no recorded evidence that any of these scientists was able to treat a single patient and make them live a normal life!
Because these psychological feelings only occur when demonic spirits enters the physical body, therefore they need an exorcist rather than a doctor!
