I was raised in America, and for all its faults, you'll see courts make decisions that go against government edicts, and can function as legitimate checks against government power.

The Canadian judiciary looks to be fully captured. Countless covid-era decisions upholding government trampling of citizens' rights and not even attempting to understand the truth, instead just accepting Trudeau et al at their (devious or incompetent) word. Even now, physicians that questioned the covid debacle are being censured by their associations, losing their licenses.

Canada is facing serious problems, particularly because of this captured judiciary.

The cartographic/geographical conurbation called 'Canada' was peopled, mainly, by United Empire Loyalists, loyal to the Palace and to the Crown.

That is now a massive problem of blind obedience, class structure, hereditary nepotism and arbitrary measures by a treasonous state, and its judiciary, which pretends to be a democracy but is merely a colonial administration with an occasional two-ring circus performance, called an election, attached to it.

I'm staying critical. "It means simply that the bench accepted, without query government and public health’s version of COVID-19, the efficacy and safety of the discredited vaccines and that lockdowns worked and didn’t harm people." Is that so? I do not accept that simplified explanation. I think it is untrue.

I think our 'regular law' is cancelled. Since Convid, constitutions in all NAT0 countries have been cancelled under NAT0’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defence Policy that has called out several ongoing 'emergencies' like Convid, avian flu, monkey pox, eboIa etc. These CBRN states of emergencies are continuously renewed and are MiIitary operations. NOT public health! NOT PUBLIC HEALTH. Under the CBRN the regular constitution and judicial rules are cancelled (i.e. they can kill anyone (by lethal injection or any countermeasure) and have full immunity. What we're seeing in the courts is a show....to make us believe we still have a constitution.

The Central Banks are grabbing power through military emergency laws. CBRN law IS the Great (Direct) Reset. We are under a coup and we are not allowed to understand this.

Just summarizing the book. Didn't say it was the only reason. The courts make us believe we actually don't have a constitution. Did you listen to Carpay at all?

Expand full comment
Renate Lindeman's avatar

I started but did not finish it. The first thing is, that Carpay keeps referring to this as a vaccine. Why? It's not a vaccine in any sense of the word, how it was rolled out, the lack of oversight, quality control, nothing. Just because everyone keeps using the word 'vaccine' simply means the propaganda runs deep. The injection is a countermeasure. The deaths and injuries are intentional. That makes it NOT a vaccine but a countermeasure. I wonder how many people will have to die before people (whistleblowers) start facing reality. When it's NOT a vaccine, but a countermeasure, where does that leave the judicial system / courts / constitution? The recent decision re. Sean Hartman should give us a clue where that leaves us.

I do agree with the use of the word vaccine and think that this could actually have been a topic in the book since the constitution does actually cover the right to refuse “genetic” therapies which is quite rightly what the so- called CoVid “vaccine” actually is. The definition of vaccine was actually changed during CoVid when people started to wake up and question why it was being called that. I know in my own circle when I stated that it was a genetic therapy, I was derided and dismissed because my friends said that a) it was NOT experimental (of course it was and is) and b) it was not genetic (it definitely is)- but that govt public health officials, the medical profession and the media told them therefore that was the TRUTH. We were sold a giant pack of lies, which many, many people still believe- especially since the courts and judges have used this tactic to not entertain any evidence against public health doctrine to be introduced.

We have been bombarded by FEAR PORN. Fear makes people into victims, the most dangerous of people. When I am afraid, any action can be justified. I can kill, rape, steal, and commit horrific acts because those people deserve what they are getting. Fear is used to whip up populations for war and what is actually true is lost because everyone knows that those people have done horrible things to us, so we must go to war.....

Tyrants through history have used some version of this basic narritive to maintain their control and build support for their actions.

Julius Ruechel also addressed in his podcast yesterday with respect to how people go along with horrible things because it gives them access to things they want. (Fear of loosing status and access to power)

Canada's only hope is that the changes happening in the US will be witnessed by Canadians, who will come to demand similar from our government. A country of repressed, controlled Canadians living next door to a country getting its affairs in order, enjoying an economic boom and seeing the health and prosperity of its citizens increasing might goad Canadians into actually demanding proper leadership from its government.

I'd guess not, but it's the only hope. ON and QC still voted for a clear sham of a PM just a month ago.

18, as in all matters, is a compromise. I think driving should also be 18. Drinking 18. Smoking 18, tattoos should be 18. etc.

There's an obsession with reducing age on a whole bunch of things, but we should not. I also don't want 25!

Some provinces have drinking at 19, some places it's 21. Other places do other things. I just wish we simply did 18 for everything.

Listening to John Carpay reminded me of something I learned about 45 years ago in history class in the (English language) Montreal high school that I attended. The "three wise men" was a strategy employed in the early 1960's by then PM Lester Pearson to cement the Liberal Party's dominance in Canadian federal politics, using the plight of the people of Quebec to galvanize the movement. The group consisted of Jean Marchand, Gerard Pelletier and Pierre Trudeau, and they spent a few years writing articles and raising awareness before they entered federal politics.

Clearly, the train riding the rails set down in the 1960's has run out of steam. I keep thinking of ways to re-set that track in a new direction. The west is, in some ways, where Quebec was up until the 1970's. The term "three wise men" might seem anachronistic and could be updated to "three wise people", but I think that someone like John Carpay could be a candidate for such a role.

As an ex-Quebecer, I see Quebec as having extremely changed in the last decade or two. Historically, at Quebec elections, Quebecers tended to vote for separatists, but federally voted for the French speaking Quebecer. So I was flumoxed that at this election, Quebecers voted for a pure anglophone, un-Canadian, un-bilingual.

During Covid, I saw evidence that Quebec was no longer a "Distinct Society". I also see this death of "Distinct Society" on Francophone social media, where all pride for the French language has been lost.

Since Pierre E. Trudeau, the Feds have been working very hard (spending lots of money) on swaying Quebecers to remain in Canada, but also worked very hard calling separatists and secularists xenophobes.

Canada has won. Quebecers, through fear-mongering, through fake love, through mass migration, are no longer culturally distinct.

Quebec has become, simply, Canadian, fearful, squashed, in all matters. Quebecers showed complete submission to the Covidian policy, and don't even bother speaking proper French anymore.

Quebec is truly dead to me. Quebecers voting for an un-Quebecer, un-Canadian, un-bilingual, really proved it to me.

I wish Alberta were not landlocked, as I think that would be the only way Alberta could make it a go separately.

The future is not bright.

Good observations on the changes in Quebec. I left 42 years ago and have lived in Ontario ever since. Most of the anglo friends I had there have also left, as have most of my extended family.

On the immigration front, I believe that Quebec has favoured those from former French colonies (Vietnam, Algeria, Haiti, etc).

As you say, it is odd that Quebec dropped some support from the BQ (decrease of about 69,000 votes) in favour of the party with the uni-lingual leader, as opposed to the (bilingua) Conservative leader with the French name. To me, the bigger irony is how this province that once sought sovereignty within North America folded completely in favour of the globalist agenda during the coof.

Here's what Google says:If a judge improperly takes judicial notice of false information provided by the defense, the plaintiff's recourse is to appeal the decision on the grounds of a misapprehension of evidence or a breach of natural justice. An error in taking judicial notice can be considered a legal error, potentially warranting an appeal to be allowed. Additionally, the plaintiff can argue that the false information unfairly prejudiced the case and that a new trial should be ordered.

I remember when hopefuls cited another concept in natural justice, 'malfeasance', as grounds and means for sanitizing the state, and those who sail in her.

Nothing has come of it so far. Most judges may enjoy pretending that they understand such a thing and are even sympathetic to it, but are more likely thinking of a long lunch and early dinner. We seem to have gone back to Dickensian times... but with nukes.

I just watched the film Silenced, and to say that it is shocking is an understatement. So much of it stood out in so many ways, and as you said, Trish, it is extremely well done. To watch the horrible suffering of young Mattie, to see the tears of the father who lost his son and watch the brave struggles of so many fighting against a propaganda machine the includes the federal government, the medical establishment, big pharma, the social media platforms and, of course the mainstream media, really is the epitome of the David and Goliath struggle, except, it's appears that Goliath has won on many fronts. One thing that really struck me, though, again was the culpability and complicity of the media in all of this, particularly once these poor people finally tried to get their voices heard.

Instead they were attacked, viciously, accused of all the same things they had been accused of when they were trying to get help for the medical establishment, except now publicly and humiliatingly. I watch Jen Psaki up there on the podium stumping for the Biden Administration, telling lie, after lie, about the safety of the vaccines and about the stories these people are telling about their injuries are misinformation. The woman should be in jail. Instead she has her own show on MSNBC making millions.

What also struck me is the irony of how the mainstream media never seems to learn, but it also seems they don't have to. So now they have all been caught out trying to explain how they didn't know about Joe Biden dwindling faculties and trying to pretend how it had been so skilfully hidden from them by the White House. The did the same thing with COVID, with the vaccines, the list goes on, yet all these 'reporters' and pundits, save for a few still have their jobs making millions. It is disgusting. I wonder if the same film were made in Canada what the result would be, how the CBC, CTV, etc. be portrayed for their culpability in covering up the plight of the vaccine injured here.

Silenced is a film everyone needs to see regardless of whether they took the vaccine or not, or whether or not they suffered any ill side effects, or know someone who did. It should be the medical scandal of the century, except we already have one to deal with and that is the proliferation of gender affirming care for children and again the broad acceptance of it, not just in the medical community, but among pediatricians. In Canada, the Canadian Pediatric Society still endorses such 'treatments.' All of this has certainly shaken my faith in the medical community, and in doctors in general. I am not sure if they will ever regain the confidence of at least half the population in this country. It is a sorry state, but they only have themselves to blame for their cowardice and complicity.

It is a very well-done documentary as it focuses on the people who were injured from the covid injection trials. It was also interesting to watch Brianne Dressen, a covid shot injured trial participant who figures prominently in the film, participate in zoom meetings with Dr. Marks from the FDA and other doctors. The gaslighting from the medical professionals in all these cases was unconscionable and again they were in the trial! It truly is shocking. The media was as you say Roxanne, disgusting.

Some days, I think my mother would still be alive if I had been allowed to continue caring for her every day in the nursing home as I had before March 11 2020 lockdown. The brutally stupid rules forbidding entry to unjabbed family members may have cost her the 2 more years she should have had. Our zoom calls were a useless substitute for my care, and staff gaslit me about her deterioration. Her last six months of life were awful. Premier Ford had gotten ivermectin removed from pharmacy stock, defunded (even though it is a cheap generic) and forbidden doctors to prescribe it. Ivermectin, aside from working very well to shorten Covid infection dramatically, is the standard treatment for scabies, a not uncommon problem in nursing homes. My mother suffered agony of untreated scabies for FOUR MONTHS because of his ignorant cruelty, tortured by itching bleeding sores that spread all over her body. I was horrified at her condition when I finally got in after I insisted that I be allowed in to visit her regardless of my jab status. The attending physician of the home went through the Ford government's flaming hoops to prescribe it. I had to pay ninety dollars for two pills. She was cured in two weeks, but it was too late. She gave up and stopped eating. Died two years ago June 3.

My condolences. I agree with all but he Ivermectin part. As a biologist who's read a good deal of the papers, I truly see that the "alternate medicine" narrative has cost the covid dissidence great losses. It's reduced our respectability, and fed the narrative that we were crazies. Randomised Control Trials must remain the gold standard. Yes, MSM Big Pharma fails at this, but alternative cures fail even worse.

Ivermectin shouldn't have been banned, but there's simply no actual science showing it works against covid, only "narratives".

I'm unvxd, un-masked, un-covided.

All policy should have been focused on EXERCISE, NUTRITION, SOCIALISATION. All practices that make us healthier, which increase our immune system, without falling for pharma cures, whether MSM, or alt-pharma.

Canadian covidian policies were all anti-health, Canada's government caused increased deaths through policy, but it's impossible to quantify this.

We don't need the pharma, any of it, Big or Alt, to fight colds/flu.

We need HEALTH.

Yes true, however in the province I am in, I cannot get a few simple blood tests done by the allopathic doctor even though I have a lot of symptoms. There is no differential diagnosis anymore. I had to pay for bloodwork at a naturopathic clinic and sure enough my suspicions were correct. The GP said she can't help me unless the one government allowed test is normal. In other words it must be a test that = a prescription, then they will pay for further bloodwork...maybe. She is telling me that the government is not allowing the doctors to be doctors. Symptoms do not matter. I was a registered nurse for 40 years and we did not have this severe form of interference in medical diagnosis. I avoid the allopathic doctor now as much as possible and that is a positive thing. I just have a difficult time paying for all testing and health care myself, but I am grateful that so far I have managed. What about all the people turned away like I was who can't? It's madness.

I wish the idea of government getting into the face of public health officials pushing the shots even after the negative side effects were known. This is a new truth that has emerged but it needs to be told over and over to break down the public trust of government. They did not have the common good or any good in mind when a shot was showing dangerous outcomes but they kept pushing it and air pressing these new truths. If we had any msm that would be honest reporters with an ounce of investigative journalism this would be a big news item. We are a compromised country with a polluted media , a power hungry government, a fractured court system, a broken health care service and no idea what true crime is and how to prosecute it.
